Sitting within 10,000m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens bursting with fruit trees, including apricots, peaches, figs and almonds, you are treated to beautiful views across farmland to the neighbouring pine-clad hillsides.
The gardens are also home to an oversized checkers set, table tennis table and petanque court. Your children will love the large play area with climbing frame, swings and two wooden play houses.
Across the sunny lawn, dotted with tall pines and lazy daybeds, you reach the fabulous pool. With a 10m x 6m main pool, separate jacuzzi and a solar-heated children’s pool, this is another great family-friendly feature in this wonderful Ibizan holiday home.
Beside the pool, a shady terrace boasts a stylish al-fresco dining table, seating twelve. Additional tables and benches are available, seating up to 40 people. The terrace wraps around the house to reveal a pretty grill/plancha area and summer kitchen overlooking the flower-filled gardens.
Soak up some glorious Ibizan sunshine on a poolside lounger, relax in soft lounge seating under the shade of the terrace, or head up to the roof terrace for incredible sunset views.
Can Felipe’s immaculate, light-filled interiors have a serene vibe of sophisticated cosiness. Pale tiles, white walls, pristine linens, accents of bright golds and eastern mysticism combine to create a light and airy family-friendly space. With light-filled bedrooms, pristine bathrooms, and cosy living spaces in the same fresh, white hues, including a small and well-equipped gym, Can Felipe has room for the whole family to relax and unwind.

Une fois votre demande de réservation soumise, notre équipe locale prendra contact avec vous pour confirmer le prix final et la disponibilité du bien. Après signature du contrat, vous recevrez une première facture correspondant à 50 % du montant total, à régler pour confirmer votre réservation.
Soixante jours avant votre arrivée, une seconde facture vous sera adressée pour les 50 % restants. Notre équipe vous contactera également pour organiser le règlement de la caution avant votre arrivée.
Deux semaines avant votre arrivée, une caution vous sera demandée afin de couvrir d'éventuels dommages. Le montant sera précisé dans votre contrat de location et peut être confirmé avec votre conseiller avant la finalisation de la réservation. Cette caution sera utilisée pour couvrir les frais de remplacement ou de réparation, sur présentation des justificatifs fournis par le propriétaire. Aucune retenue ne sera effectuée sans état des lieux complet.
L'accès au bien est possible à partir de 16h, et le départ doit s'effectuer avant 10h. Une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif peuvent être envisagés selon les disponibilités du bien et avec l'accord du propriétaire. Ces options ne sont pas incluses dans les frais et doivent être demandées à l'avance auprès de votre conseiller.
- Pré-réservation : Remboursable à 100 % jusqu'à ce que la réservation soit confirmée avec le premier paiement.
- Jusqu'à 60 jours avant l'arrivée : 50 % du montant total de la réservation seront facturés.
- Après cela : 100 % du montant total de la réservation sera facturé.
Si un dépôt de garantie a été effectué, il sera remboursé automatiquement car la propriété n'a pas été utilisée.

2 housekeepers clean from 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday and one housekeeper cleans 9am - 1pm on Saturdays.
A couple live in a separate property within the plot of land. They manage the housekeepers and maintain the gardens and pools.
Linen/Towel/Pool Towel change - once per week.
