Can Moises is one of the first houses in Ibiza that is CO2 positive. Its central location in the countryside between San Rafael and San Antonio makes it perfect for exploring the whole Island. Located on the top of a hill, fully fenced, ensures 100% privacy throughout your stay.
The beaches of the West to see the sun sets are 10- 15 minutes away, as are the real Ibizan towns of Santa Gertrudis and Santa Agnes, both lovely for tapas and evening meals, and the local beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Salada are family friendly and picturesque with fine sand.
Outside, a large 60m2 pool, surrounded by luxury sun loungers, gives you much needed refreshment during the long hot summer days, while the outdoor covered dining area features a 5m long reclaimed dragline table, ensuring that there is enough space for up to 14 people. Perfectly located in the shade and with a slight breeze to escape the heat in the summer and but keep you warm in the winter. Outside also features a built-in barbecue and sink.
Inside, the house is equipped with the latest technologies making it almost "off-grid." It generates 80% of its technology through solar panels and batteries. All additional CO2 coming from the grid will automatically be compensated.
The house has 77 built-in smart switches. They are connected through a central system that ensures lights are switched off and on automatically. Designed to optimise our energy usage and storage, and reduce the carbon footprint. For example, the garden lights will be switched on when the sun sets. Bathroom lights will be switched off automatically if no longer in use.
The spacious living area features a 7m couch, ensuring that everybody will be able to relax comfortably, a 55inch Samsung TV with Apple TV and ChromeCast and a small bluetooth speaker. Like all other rooms, the entire living area is equipped with dimmable lights to ensure the best light at every moment of the day. The large reclaimed monastery dining table has space for 12 people and is separately accessible from the kitchen.
The kitchen, the heart of the house, is designed to be a meeting point. It features a bar from which you will be able to see the sunset. The custom-made kitchen features high-quality equipment, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, large refrigerator, and double freezer drawers giving you easy access to ice cubes.

Nach Eingang Ihrer Buchungsanfrage wird sich unser lokales Team mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um den endgültigen Preis und die Verfügbarkeit zu bestätigen. Nach Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrags erhalten Sie eine Rechnung über 50 % des Gesamtbetrags, die zur Sicherung Ihrer Buchung beglichen werden muss.
Sechzig Tage vor Ihrer Anreise erhalten Sie eine zweite Rechnung über die verbleibenden 50 %. Darüber hinaus wird unser Team die Zahlung der Kaution vor Ihrer Anreise koordinieren.
Zwei Wochen vor Ihrer Anreise wird eine Kaution zur Absicherung gegen eventuelle Schäden fällig. Der Betrag wird in Ihrem Mietvertrag festgelegt und kann vorab mit Ihrem Berater besprochen werden. Die Kaution dient zur Deckung von Ersatz- oder Reparaturkosten, die auf Grundlage von Belegen des Eigentümers geltend gemacht werden. Ein Einbehalt erfolgt ausschließlich nach eingehender Zustandsprüfung des Objekts.
Die Anreise ist ab 16:00 Uhr möglich, die Abreise muss bis 10:00 Uhr erfolgen. Eine frühere Anreise oder spätere Abreise kann je nach Verfügbarkeit des Objekts und nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer in Betracht gezogen werden. Diese Optionen sind nicht automatisch in den Kosten enthalten und müssen im Voraus bei Ihrem Berater angefragt werden.
- Vor Buchungsbestätigung: vollständige Rückerstattung bis zur Bestätigung der Buchung durch die erste Zahlung.
- Bis 60 Tage vor Anreise: 50 % des Gesamtbuchungsbetrags werden einbehalten.
- Danach: 100 % des Gesamtbuchungsbetrags werden einbehalten.
Eine geleistete Kaution wird automatisch zurückerstattet, da das Objekt nicht genutzt wurde.
