This modern villa enjoys some fantastic sea views from its poolside and upper terrace. Located in S’Argamassa, a beachfront destination most famous for the Nikki beach club, it lies just to the north of the enduringly popular town and sandy beaches of Santa Eulalia.
The golden sands and resort amenities of Santa Eulalia are a popular family beach destination, and here at Casa Oceano S’Argamassa you’re just minutes away. The sea is merely metres away, and you can hire boats on the beachfront right in front of the property.
Casa Oceano S’Argamassa is completely fenced, surrounded with stone walls and planting to enhance the privacy of the outside space. On the lower terrace a sparkling pool (10m x4 m) provides a cool way to escape the heat of the Ibizan sunshine. Or relax on the poolside loungers to soak up some of those golden rays.
A sociable dining space, with table seating eight and barbeque, also sits alongside the pool, with sliding doors opening onto the interior, where a lounge area and well-equipped kitchen in light, natural wood create a charming entertaining space. All areas of the house are fully air-conditioned and have access to WiFi.
On the upper level, an additional large terrace space enjoys fantastic sea views. It’s the perfect spot to grab a beanbag and relax with friends – whether to watch the sun rise over the sea or to enjoy a sociable drink in the evening.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
