Located in the hills of Cala Vadella Ibiza, Casa Savanha lives and breathes modern Ibiza, an ideal relaxing bohemian-chic retreat. The unique location of Casa Savanha brings a magical mix between nature, beach and sunset filled evenings.
With lots of attention to detail and atmosphere the house is a real home away from home, a place to relax, take your mind off and enjoy everything Ibiza has to offer.
The house was completely renovated in 2019 and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, several private terraces and air conditioning throughout.
The completely fenced outdoor area has distant sea views, as well as a heated pool with a plunge pool area for children and a covered bbq patio with luxuriously comfortable seating. There is also parking for 3-4 cars.
Cala Vadella is one of the most picturesque beaches in Ibiza. Family friendly and with a good ambiance even during winter time. There are many restaurants and a beach club for entertainment.
From the house it's a 5 min drive down the mountain to get to the beach. There is a supermarket and a great restaurant (Can Pa) around the corner. The next town is San Josep, just a 15 min drive inland, where you will find the bigger supermarkets and shops.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.

Services Included
End of week clean and linen change. For stays of one week this is done after checkout. If the guests rent the house for more than 1 week, they can choose when they want the cleaning to be done.
