We offer five luxurious en-suite bedrooms. The master suite, positioned on the upper level, boasts an elegant antechamber that leads to a sunlit bedroom with sweeping countryside vistas and an alfresco shower with stunning landscape views.
The centrally located kitchen serves as the social focal point and connects seamlessly with both the sheltered outdoor dining area and the chic salon. This contemporary kitchen, the heart of the home, is complemented by a practical secondary kitchen for efficient food preparation and storage.
The generously sized pool (16m x 6m), equipped with a saltwater system for skin and hair-friendly enjoyment, is a striking feature of the property. Nestled amidst a charming orchard of citrus, olive trees, and palms, the lavish pool area offers shaded outdoor dining, a spacious terrace with eight sun loungers for relaxation, and a daybed positioned at the pool's end, providing a perfect vantage point for admiring the sunset skies. Abundant foliage ensures privacy across the expansive 8000m² plot, offering cool respite on warm summer days.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
