This spacious villa combines modern Ibizan chic with cracking views towards the sparkling Balearic Sea, Las Salinas salt flats, and Ibiza Town. Here, you’re close to the beautiful beaches of Salinas and Cala Jondal, as well as the renowned beach bars of Ibiza’s south coast.
Just a short drive from the buzz of Ibiza Town, this Ibizan holiday home sits in 30,000m2 of land – giving it a decidedly secluded and private air. The spectacular gardens deliver wonderful views and numerous places to kick back and relax.
Between tall palms and green lawn, a large 17m x 4m salt-water swimming pool occupies a wide sun terrace. The pool features a gently shelving beach effect which broadens the full width to 17m x 7m. This glorious pool is ideal for families with small children – or simply for lazing in shallows in the warm Ibizan sun.
The 2nd smaller winter pool is a perfect wet playground for your children or yourself to enjoy an ice-cold drink on summer afternoons. During the winter season you’ll be swimming in 35 degree warm water.
Beside the pool, an ancient olive tree and a white gazebo provide suitable shade for a poolside chill-out area. This is a great place to relax – by day or by night – on the white sofa seating.
Another spacious sun terrace closer to the house boasts additional al fresco chillout space. Come out here to meet the sunrise, chill by day or, at dusk, enjoy the spectacular colours of an Ibizan sunset.
The immaculate interiors of this modern Oasis feature light-filled living rooms and spacious bedrooms with private terrace areas. Sliding glass doors open the bright, sleek kitchen to an al-fresco dining table overlooking a garden of Mediterranean shrubs. Or, if you prefer to sit inside, pull up a chair at the sunny breakfast table or glossy breakfast bar. The main living space, with gleaming tiled floors, white walls and vast cream sofas, opens onto a further terrace with lounge seating and beautiful sea views.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
