Wonderfully appointed villa, located within peaceful surroundings in the heart of Ibiza.
The house, which has been lovingly restored, offers a blissful outside space and beautifully maintained gardens with views to the valley over avocado & citrus groves. It is just 5 minutes from the popular village of San Rafael, with south facing views and just 15 minutes from Ibiza Town.
Adding to the peace and tranquility, there are a choice of terraces with luxuriously comfortable outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a large outdoor dining area.
There are two swimming pools, a tennis court, an outdoor yoga deck and an outdoor bathroom with shower located near the pool.
Inside, the property offers a spacious lounge area with huge sofas and feature fireplace; there is a large TV with access to a Movistar satellite package, double glass doors giving access to the terrace which leads down to the pool and there is air conditioning, WiFi and a Sonos system throughout. The downstairs hall has a guest WC for convenience.
The large, bright traditionally styled kitchen is fully equipped and open plan with the dining area, it also has double glass doors leading out to a terrace.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.

Services Included
Included in the rental is 6 hours of cleaning per day for 6 days per week (and it is up to the housekeeper's discretion should the house not be full). No cleaning on Sunday.
