Villa La Costa has superb outdoor spaces designed to maximise the impact of these wonderful sea views. The wide terrace is ideal for grand-scale entertaining.
From the private heated infinity pool and hot tub, you can enjoy the idyllic sea views over the tops of the neighbouring palm trees. By day, relax in the sunshine on a poolside lounger. At dusk, watch the sunset over the surrounding pine forests from the comfort of the terrace’s sofa seating or enjoy a meal with friends under the stars under the shelter of the contemporary-styled pergola.
Villa La Costa’s interior spaces are also designed to make the most of the glorious sea views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the living spaces onto the sun terrace – filling the interiors with light and exposing the beautiful sea views.
Designed by Bruno Erpicum, with plush velvets contrasting with glass and high-gloss, all in soft tones of grey, there is a dreamy feel to the interior living spaces. Across the width of the property, the kitchen, formal dining space and lounge areas merge into one stylish open-plan living space where you can drink in the views across the pool terrace to the sea.
A cosy cinema room, spacious games and entertainment room, and a light-filled gym with brand new state-of-the-art Technogym equipment offer other opportunities to socialise and relax - not forgetting the multifunctional sports court!

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
