This unique villa is situated on the outskirts of Ibiza Town and is positioned perfectly so that the spectacular panoramic views of Ibiza Town, Dalt Vila and the sea can be fully appreciated. It is a huge villa distributed over three stories and is close to some of the best beaches on the island.
The property is nestled in superb gardens of 600 M2 where there are waterfalls and yet more amazing sea views. The large swimming pool (82 M2) is heated and set on a wooden terrace where Al Fresco dining can also be enjoyed.
The luxurious lounge areas are plentiful and beautifully styled as are the fully equipped modern kitchen and dining areas. There is a bar and an inner courtyard with a natural waterfall giving a feeling of freshness and tranquility.
The villa has free WiFi, alarm and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
