Villa Ofelia’s terrace is the ideal place to bask in the bright morning sunrise, enjoy long, hot, sunny days, admire the brilliance of Ibiza’s famed sunsets, and chill during peaceful, balmy Ibizan nights.
Enjoy a meal on the upper terrace, with dining table seating ten. Or head down a level to relax on lounge seating in a sheltered chill-out zone beside the impressive 20m long pool.
Vast sliding glass doors open the upper terrace to the spacious interiors, where soft sofa seating is positioned to make the most of the stunning view to the sea. To the rear, a gleaming white kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need.
Pure white minimalism, designer fittings and high-tech touches, create stylish interiors throughout. The whole house boasts the latest technology in air conditioning and heating; there is a Paradox Security system, a home theatre entertainment system indoors and outdoors and there is high speed internet with WiFi access.
Five double bedrooms enjoy the same stunning views, with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and high-quality fittings.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.

Services Included
Housekeeping 4 hours per day (except Sundays). Breakfast preparation of 2 hours is included in the 4 hours of housekeeping.
During a 7 night stay, towels are changed every 3 days, and linens are changed once midweek.
