The villa boasts impressive outdoor spaces with much opportunity to lounge and relax on the many sun terraces. Outdoor amenities include a huge infinity pool surrounded by luxury double and single sun loungers, a pool bar, a wonderful shaded lounge area on the terrace and a garden massage area with massage bed.
There is a gym on the upper terrace, featuring a boxing bag, elastics wall, power plate, running machine, pilate and yoga accessories, and weights. Additionally, there's a professional-grade Padel court featuring full glass walls and a competition-standard flooring.
The Al Fresco dining area features an outdoor kitchen with a professional Plancha and a large table, perfect for entertaining guests.
Inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a central island and 2 dishwashers. There is a large open-plan dining and lounge area, with huge sumptuous sofas, and spectacular views looking out over the pool, gardens and beyond.
Other features include a large TV/cinema room with home cinema system and huge day bed, with access to a small kitchenette.
An indoor disco room located by the pool, with Funktion-One speakers and pioneer DJ equipment, this room can also be used as indoor play area for children as it’s fully enclosable with air conditioning.
Outdoor tented space (90m2) for yoga or meditation located off the main terrace above pool area.
All areas of the house are air conditioned and have fibre-optic super fast WiFi access. There is also a laundry room featuring 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
