A charming, newly built 3-bedroom villa, situated in an exclusive residential area of Ibiza Town.
Villa Tavaris is located in a quiet spot, conveniently close to some of Ibiza's best beaches (Playa D'en Bossa and Ses Figueretes are approx. 7 - 10 minutes drive) and within walking distance to restaurants/bars and supermarkets, in the Sa Carroca area. This villa is the ideal place for those who seek a private haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city, without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila (10 minute drive), and the supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away.
Built on one level, to an incredibly high standard using quality materials such as granite and marble, this property is designed with impeccable taste. The bright, open-plan living areas open to a terrace with a lounge/dining area, overlooking the garden and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and the dining area comfortably seats 6 people. The villa also has a separate laundry room.
The cosy outdoor areas are surrounded by beautiful well cared for gardens, ideal for relaxing in the shade or in the sun on the hammocks or the Balinese bed overlooking the swimming pool, with lovely views to the mountains.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
