The villa is fitted with a fully equipped modern kitchen with high quality modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) to prepare and serve delicious meals.
Also on this floor there is a guest WC and utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, plus another refrigerator.
Outside there is a very well-maintained private garden with an inviting swimming pool (8m x 4m) and a heated Jacuzzi surrounded by loungers. From here you can enjoy magnificent sunsets, relax, unwind and enjoy the views in complete harmony with nature. For your comfort there is a poolside shower.

Le montant sera prĂ©cisĂ© dans votre contrat de location et pourra ĂȘtre confirmĂ© avec votre conseiller avant de finaliser la rĂ©servation. Ce dĂ©pĂŽt sera utilisĂ© pour couvrir les frais de remplacement ou de rĂ©paration, sur prĂ©sentation des reçus fournis par le propriĂ©taire. Aucun montant ne sera retenu sans une inspection approfondie.
