Adjacent to the living room there is a large terrace with dining area where you can enjoy delicious meals with magnificent views.
The villa is fitted with a fully equipped modern kitchen with high quality modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) to prepare and serve delicious meals.
Also on this floor there is a guest WC and utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, plus another refrigerator.
Outside there is a very well-maintained private garden with an inviting swimming pool (8m x 4m) and a heated Jacuzzi surrounded by loungers. From here you can enjoy magnificent sunsets, relax, unwind and enjoy the views in complete harmony with nature. For your comfort there is a poolside shower.
The terrace area includes a covered porch with BBQ, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and washbasin, a breakfast bar, dining area and a chillout area, the ideal spot for “al fresco dining” or enjoying a refreshing cocktail.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
