Very nice recently refurbished villa with amazing Dalt Vila and sea views.
The villa is located on a hillside in Jesus, just 5 minutes from Talamanca beach and Ibiza town.
Outdoor spaces include a large pool, garden area, a barbecue and outdoor dining area, several terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture and parasols, an outdoor shower and a garage.
The spacious, bright, open-plan lounge and dining areas open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and boast fantastic views to Dalt Vila and Ibiza Town. The lounge includes a large LCD TV with satellite, a comfortable seating area, fireplace, and the dining area easily seats 8 people.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwaves and a washing machine.
In the main house there are 3 stylish double bedrooms, there is also an additional double bedroom with toilet and outdoor shower for staff, with private entrance accessed via the pool terrace.
WiFi is available throughout the property and there is air conditioning (both hot and cold).
The property also has a safe-deposit box.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
