Can Elissa is an Ibiza-style country house located on a small hill on a plot of 15,000 m2 in the countryside with the convenience of having the village of San Jose only 400 metres away. Can Elissa was built in the eighteenth century and has been carefully restored, retaining elements and architectural features, representative of the culture of Ibiza.
Outside, the vast gardens are beautifully maintained featuring mature palm trees and lush lawns, with plenty of space for children to run free, as well as many places to sit and relax.
Inside, its high ceilings, spacious rooms and thick stone walls provide the ideal indoor temperature in any season. Can Elissa stands out for its welcoming spirit, simplicity and comfort.
Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
