Ideal for family getaways or holidays with friends, Villa Cereza features several inviting outdoor spaces: two house terraces, a spacious pool terrace with distant sea views, and a cozy barbecue area for memorable meals under the stars. The beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden ensures complete privacy.
The two-storey, 300 m² villa blends comfort and elegance with high-quality furnishings and generous, light-filled interiors. Upon entry to the lower level, you’re welcomed into a bright and stylish living room, complete with satellite TV, a fireplace, and access to a 50 m² terrace overlooking the sea. The open-concept layout flows into a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating.
Also on the lower floor is the luxurious master suite featuring a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, along with an additional double bedroom and a guest bathroom with WC.
Upstairs, two double bedrooms share a full bathroom and each opens to a private terrace outfitted with sun loungers or a Bali bed—perfect for relaxing in the Ibizan sun.
A separate entrance leads to an independent studio with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a compact kitchenette with fridge—ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.
All bedrooms include satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure restful nights, while gas central heating and a cozy fireplace in the living area make this villa a comfortable retreat even in cooler months.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
