This prime seafront property is located on a picturesque coastline in the exclusive urbanisation of Roca Llisa. From the terrace at Villa Nereo, the wide sliding glass doors open the area to the bright spacious living areas. The large open-plan living area includes a stylish dining space - seating twelve, and a cosy lounge area with TV and fireplace, furnished with sumptuous seating in warm, neutral tones. The large well-equipped kitchen comes with Gaggeneau appliances, including an induction hob, conventional oven, steam oven, large fridge, freezer, 2 dishwashers and a wine cellar.
Each bedroom is decorated in soft neutral tones with stylish furnishings and crisp, white linens. They all have en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas and terraces with sea views.
The villa also boasts a new gym and infrared sauna.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
